Red Carpet

Reese Withersspoon, in Miu Miu, Sophia Bush, in a Olcay Gulsen dress and Chelsea Handler in Elizabeth James took to the red carpet for the Los Angles premiere of the new Movie This Means War in style. We love Reese's sultry dress and her tousled bed head hair.

How fabulous does Katherine Heigl look across the pond at the One For the Money Paris premiere in a custom made dress by Maria Lucia Hohan? We know she looks great! We love the body conscious weaving on the front and the sexy back.

This year as we looked to identify the trends on the red carpet for the 2012 SAG Awards we realized there was only one true trend: Dazzling Gowns. The dresses, many with similar details, were all special and unique making red carpet arrivals a real treat. Below are the dresses that caught our attention.

2012-SAG-Awards-1.jpgEmma Stone, in Alexander McQueen, Michelle Williams, in Valentino, and Sofia Vergara in Marchesa showed off glamorous dresses with beautiful detailing up top.

2012-SAG-Awards-2.jpgMelissa McCarthy, in Badgley Mischka, Emily Blunt, in Oscar de la Renta, and Jayma Mays in Reem Acra stunned on the red carpet in expertly draped gowns with elegant trains.

Young-Hollywood-BAFTA-Tea-Party.jpgYoung Hollywood has totally taken the red carpet by storm as of late. Not that we don't still love Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore and all the rest ... but we're continuously enamored of the fun looks young girls in Hollywood are putting together for red carpet events.

Take, for example, the 18th Annual BAFTA Los Angeles Award Season Tea Party held last week. Modern Family's Ariel Winter, Chloe Grace Moretz and Shailene Woodley (most recently of The Descendants) all went for fun, sophisticated, and most importantly, age-appropriate red carpet looks. We're loving Ariel's baby blue cocktail dress with exaggerated shoulders, Chloe's embellished sweater and striped pencil skirt, and Shailene's bold patterned sundress.

We can't wait to see what the young celebrities in Hollywood do next!
Now that we've had a little time to reflect on the fashion and beauty from Sunday's Golden Globe Awards, of course we had to bring you our favorite beauty trends! The celebrities truly brought a new meaning to the word beauty this year.

Kate-Winslet-Jessica-Alba-Golden-Globes.jpgUpdos with sideswept bangs
Jessica Alba and Kate Winslet both went for elegant updos, softening them with sideswept bangs. We love that each went for a glossy pinkish nude lip and lots of lashes as well.

Michelle-Williams-Charlize-Theron-Headbands.jpgHeadbands
A few celebrities got the memo that Gossip Girl-style headbands were all the rage again this year! Michelle Williams and Charlize Theron dazzled not only with their gowns but with this girly hair accessory.

Amanda Peet and Debra Messing both went for kohl-rimmed eyes and nude lips. Further drama was brought with updos and attention-grabbing earrings. Sarah Hyland got in on the trend but softened it up with cascades of curls.

Red-Lips-Golden-Globes.jpgRed lips
You didn't think a few celebrities could get by without the most dramatic lip color of all, did you? Claire Danes (who won her third Golden Globe, this time for Homeland), Kathleen Robertson and Missi Pyle all had different but bold takes on the trend.

Big-Hair-Golden-Globes.jpgBig, long, flowing locks
Okay, does Elle Macpherson age? She looks just as incredible now as she did 20 years ago. That aside, she joined Katharine McPhee (whose raven tresses were accented by touches of caramel) and Reese Witherspoon in sporting what we like to refer to as big Texas hair.

Ponytails-Golden-Globes.jpgGirly ponytails
What a refreshing change to see some celebs having fun with their hair this year! We love a girly ponytail--and, as it would seem, so do Julianna Margulies, Nicole Richie and Sarah Michelle Gellar. We're especially enamored of Richi
