One of the trends for Spring is neutral hues. Sarah Jessica Parker in Stella McCartney, Jayma Mays in Christian Cota, and Lauren Conrad in 3.1 Phillip Lim show three different ways to wear the trend.
Lauren, far right, shows us a great look for daytime with her belted shift dress, Marc by Marc Jacobs satchel and platform sandals. Jayma, center, looks perfectly poised for a night out in her cream strapless dress, Jimmy Choo clutch, and Brian Atwood pumps. Finally, Sarah Jessica Parker, far left, shows us a look that would work for day or night in a lace dress topped with a smart blazer both by Stella McCartney.
When trying this trend yourself we suggest taking a cue from these lovely ladies by mixing neutral hues like nudes, beiges, and browns and playing with layers and texture.
