Just as we were about to do a "What was she thinking?" post about Avatar actress Zoe Saldana's couture Givenchy dress at last night's Academy Awards, we were suddenly overcome with a feeling of mixed emotions over the look.
Although we feel like there is too much going on with Zoe's dress, we also can't help feeling the look is fashion-forward and quite glamorous. Without question we love the beaded bodice, the color of the dress, and the intricate detail of the ruffled tulle at the bottom of the gown. However we're still on the fence about the ombre treatment on the tulle and the front slit.
