Oh, JoJo. Dark purple lipstick? Really? Especially teamed with way too much eye makeup, orangey skin, raven hair with a severe center part and a lavender dress? Why would you do that to yourself?
Mila Kunis usually wears looks we love, but this is not one of them. Seen above at the 50th Anniversary of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital charity event, Mila's dress is full of contrast and (for us) confusion. We understand mixing fabrics and textures, but as far as we're concerned this mix doesn't work. Perhaps separately each half would make a great dress but together not so much. For what it's worth, we love her hair, shoes and accessories. She's worn other purple (or rather lilac) dresses we've loved but when we see this we have to say: what was she thinking?
Oh, Nicki Minaj. Why do you insist on being so unbelievably crazy on the red carpet? Nicki's latest red carpet look is just as out there as her previous ones, but there's just so much going on here that we simply had to talk about it.
Oh, Solange Knowles. Seriously, what were you thinking at the Rimmel Cosmetics partnership event last week?
Actress Paz de la Huerta, who stars on the HBO series Boardwalk Empire, scores points with us in her lovely peach gown and full tresses at the network's Emmy Awards afterparty, but misses the mark with her bare face and grayish lipstick. What was she thinking?
