1. What’s Your Summer Look? (the "Contest") is sponsored by StyleBakery, Inc. (“Sponsor”) (owner and operator of StyleBakery.com), having an address of 71 Winding Way, West Orange, NJ 07052. Sugar Publishing Inc. (owner and operator of ShopStyle.com) is not a sponsor of this promotion.  All names and logos owned by Sugar Publishing Inc. are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or licenses.  

2. To enter contest: go to http://www.shopstyle.com//page/Contest?contest=StyleBakery and create a stylebook look showing us your favorite summer outfit and tell us why it works for you. No purchase or subscription is necessary to enter this Contest. To enter you must complete a profile on ShopStyle.com with your email and a nickname of your choice ("eligible entry"). In addition to the required identifying information, an eligible entry must include: title and description for the look, a complete look consisting of at least 3 items per look, and a completed user profile. Any late, lost, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entries will be disqualified and Sponsor (and its agents) will not be responsible for such entries. You may submit multiple looks, but there is a limit of twenty eligible entries per day. A day is defined as 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) to 11:59:59 p.m., PT. No entries will be accepted before July 23, 2008 or after 11:59:59 p.m. PT, August 6, 2008.

3. Five (5) winners will be chosen by the StyleBakery editors from the pool of eligible entries as their favorite looks. Winners will be chosen on or about August 11, 2008. The winners will each receive one (1) BlueFly.com gift certificate valued at $200 (sponsored by BlueFly.com). The odds of winning depend on the number of entries at the close of the contest.

4. Winners will be notified via their ShopStyle.com account email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the email, or fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, StyleBakery.com reserves the right to choose an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.

5. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at sponsor's website, StyleBakery.com, ShopStyle.com or elsewhere, will not be eligible and sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of early termination, the winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

6. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. No substitution of prize, except by sponsor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prize is not transferable.

8. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the contest or the web site or who violates these official rules. Caution: any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification of such entrant. Should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
