We love discovering new designers, so naturally we got excited when we discovered indie shopping destination Smashing Darling. The website boasts more than 300 emerging designers and fashion brands from all over the country. The site is similar to Etsy in that each designer has their own boutique, but the layout and shopping experience is more visually appealing, the selection is curated, and the designer profiles are more in-depth (but don’t be mistaken - we still love Etsy!).
Etsy designer Kimberite’s (real name Kim) shop is stocked with adorable handmade dresses. The 25-year-old Korean talent designs, creates, and models each piece herself. Then she sells them for surprisingly affordable prices! Here are some that we love:
