We love Ace & Jig’s fall 2012 take on their signature striped wovens. The Brooklyn-based line, designed by Cary Vaughan and Jenna Willson, doesn’t chase trends - instead they focus on classic designs that transcend seasons. We can definitely see how these options could be styled for a variety of weather situations, and we can’t wait to rock their effortlessly chic pieces this fall.

We love finding amazing up-and-coming lines at New York Fashion Week, and one of the presentations that stood out so far this season was Monika Chiang’s. The designer’s fourth season collection featured a mix of trendy athleticism with luxe details. Chiang said her pieces were inspired by the energy and vibrancy of South Africa. We can’t wait to shop these looks at her New York City and Los Angeles stores next spring.

We’ve long ignored the rule, “Don’t wear white after Labor Day.” But that doesn’t mean your white sun dresses are still appropriate in September! We love this take on fall white by Callula Lillibelle - the silk chiffon dress has black leather trim on the shoulders to create the perfect blend of feminine and tough. The cinched waist is flattering for all and the midi length is right on trend for fall.

Looking to add a new bag to your fall line up? We just discovered Lee Loong’s handbags on Etsy and we think we’re in love. The leather styles look like something we’d expect from major luxury brands, but at a fraction of the price.
