societyforscarves.jpgSociety For Scarves is a new brand, launched in spring 2010, but their scarves are already making a splash with celebrity fans like Kristin Cavallari. We love the fun colors and patterns, which are perfect for accessorizing this spring. Shop the collection for $32 to $48 at Moxsie.societyforscarvesthumb.jpg

feather_extensions_2011.jpgApparently feather hair extensions are all the rage in Hollywood (Hilary Duff and Jennifer Love Hewitt have both been spotted with them), and “feathering” is a new service popping up on salon menus all across the country. But you can try out this trend for just $12 because Etsy seller Doozydoo is selling feather clips you can accessorize your mane with. You can even pick your own customized set of colored feathers! Check out the shop here.
raqel4000410025_p3_1-1_347x683.jpgIf you looked up the phrase “effortlessly cool” in the dictionary, you would probably find a picture of designer Raquel Allegra’s deconstructed tees next to it.

The California-based designer uses a unique shredding technique to give basic tees an elegant upgrade, and she has quickly developed a cult following. One of the most interesting aspects of the line is that Allegra uses oversized vintage shirts recycled from the Los Angeles County Prison System, transforming them into ethereal pieces that have garnered the attention of celebrities and fashion editors alike. We immediately spotted this eye-catching tie dye tee ($310) as a must-have. The oversized top has a split v-neck and a draped gauze front panel, easily channeling the downtown chic vibe so many fashionistas strive for.

Sometimes, a simply accessory is all you need to complete your look. This sterling silver bracelet with a purple ribbon is one of those pieces. Wear it while you’re dressed down or dressed up, it still adds a touch of elegance to your look.

We’ve loved 80%20 shoes forever, so we were clearly excited when we found out that the brand had launched its own web shop at the end of last month. Previously we had to scour the internet for sites with limited selections, but now we can shop the entire line conveniently at

80%20 is a footwear brand with a simple philosophy: we tend to wear our favorite 20% of our wardrobe 80% of the time. So true, right? Based on this philosophy, designer Ce Ce Chin creates shoes that will fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your aspirations. The spring 2011 collection was inspired by “surfers in the city” and includes baja fabrics, relaxed-wash canvas, tie dye leather, and braided boho straps. Perfection!8020webshopthumb.jpg
