Each season we’re faced with a new set of spring trends, and shoes are no exception. This spring, many of the shoe trends we’ve seen over the past few years are still hot, including wedges and gladiator heels. Two newer trends to hit the scene include printed styles and pointy toes. If you’re ready to refresh your shoe wardrobe, the great news is, you don’t have to spend a bundle! We found all of this season’s top shoe trends for incredibly affordable prices at Target. Here are just a few of our favorites:

1. Low Wedges

Wedges have been around for many seasons now, but the big news for 2013 is the lower wedge heel. Striking a more sophisticated silhouette than the usual sky-high platform wedge, it’s perfect for the office and a bit more manageable when doing a lot of walking. This Merona Edda Zip Back pair comes in several colors and costs just $22.99. Gorgeous!

2. Prints

Prints are popping up on everything from pumps to flats to sandals this season. This Prabal Gurung for Target pair ($39.99) marries this season’s must-have pointy-toe pump with a chic digital print to carry off two trends in one.

3. Gladiator Heels

Gladiator, or cage, heels are another big trend for spring. This pair from Mossimo ($29.99) is especially chic and looks great with everything from dresses to this season’s must-have Bermuda short.

4. Pointed Flats

While ballet flats will always be in style, the new pointy-toe flat is taking over for spring. Chic and sleek, it is perfect for the office worn with slim cropped pants or pretty dresses. We’re loving this pair from Prabal Gurung for Target ($29.99) in bright yellow but it’s also available in black and a colorful print.

BaubleBar Onyx Merle NecklaceMake like an old Hollywood screen siren and slip into this stunning necklace. Inspired by legendary actress Merle Oberon, the sharply graphic, jet black piece is as dramatic and glamorous as the woman herself - and you can pretty much count on feeling the same once you pair it with anything from a blouse to an LBD.

Lucky Brand Riedel Lace PlatformsThe season of the wedge is upon us again (thank goodness), which means it’s time to start refreshing your shoe wardrobe with keep-cool styles that show off a bright pedicure. This lacy offering is a no-brainer: it’s cute with dresses, adds a little posh to shorts and a tank and is so comfy, too. In three colors.
