Jewelry designer Laurel Wells was once the director of apparel for Hayden Harnett, so she knows a thing or two about style. Drawing on her previous experiences as a painter and textile designer, Wells launched an apparel line in 2003. But it was her wildly colorful statement necklaces that people wanted, so eventually she started creating them to be sold. Inspired by Native American art, each pieces is a work of art that can transform any outfit.
