Sephora is launching in-store nail art studios

Beauty mega-retailer Sephora is capitalizing on the popularity of nail art with its new in-store Nail Studio Art + Lacquer Services. The first two Sephora locations to get the new studios on July 25 are the 5 Times Square location in Manhattan and the Powell Street store in San Francisco. More locations will open by the end of the year.

"With nail art proving to be an increasingly popular trend and growth category, the creation of the Sephora Nail Studio Art + Lacquer Services featuring XpresSpa was a natural service extension for us. We've seen significant client interest in nail and the current art trend," said Sharon Rothstein, senior vice president of marketing for Sephora.
