J.Crew makes comfortable flat boots and the quality is really great. I love the 'dark mushroom' color they have this season, I'll definitely wear them into February and March. Hint: I get the extended calf version - you pay a little extra, but it's much easier to tuck your jeans into.

I must have at least three denim skirts hanging in my closet already, but I always find a reason to get another. This versatile dark-rinse will look great with my new grey-brown boots and when it gets colder I can wear tights with it as well.
