Cotton-Cashmere Ruffle Cardigan

Cardigans are pretty much a mainstay of my wardrobe. This version from J. Crew has feminine ruffle trim and the short-sleeve style means I can wear it all spring and summer long. It's a great substitute for a t-shirt to wear with shorts or jeans, or the perfect layering piece to wear with dresses and skirts. It's available in several colors, but I'm loving this bright orange.

Dahlia Floral Chiffon Top

Forever 21 is a great place to find ultra-affordable feminine blouses. This floral chiffon top is a pretty way to usher in spring. I'll wear it now under cardigans and jackets and on its own when the weather warms.

Bamboo Dawn Skirt

It's becoming clear that I'm slightly obsessed with prints, patterns and bright colors this season, they're just the thing to update the basics I already own. I love the nature-inspired print and the slouchy silhouette of this skirt. Whether I wear it with a tank top and flat sandals or a ladylike cardigan and heels, this skirt is destined to be a favorite.

BCBGMAXAZRIA Print Jersey Dress

When the weather gets warm, there's nothing easier than wearing a dress. I love the color combination of apple green and gray on this flattering dress. Worn alone with sandals, it's an easy, casual look; add a cardigan and pumps and it's ready to go to work. Plus, the jersey material makes it an easy dress to pack for weekends away.
