Here at StyleBakery, we often preach the importance of not blindly following trends; wear what looks good on you and what makes you feel good, regardless of what’s “in” at the moment. Which is why we’re having a hard time with one of the top trends for spring: referee-inspired vertical stripes. Seen on the runways at Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain and Marc Jacobs (above), thick vertical stripes are poised to be everywhere this season, but we’re just not convinced it’s for us. We did a little shopping to search for wearable versions of this trend, what do you think — will you wear vertical stripes?
