Bra Fit Info

•  Did you know 70 percent of women are wearing the wrong bra size?

•  And 50 percent of women don’t even try on a bra before buying it!

•  Times are changing - Many women don’t realize that their bodies change and their bra sizes change. Weight gain or weight loss, having a baby, change in workout routine, as well as time and gravity, can all affect a woman’s bra size.

•  Just once a year - Women should be properly fit by a professional once a year, especially after a major life change.

•  A proper fitting bra can make you look up to 10 lbs slimmer!

How to Measure

  1. Take a snug measurement under the bust. Add 5” to this measurement.
    (Example, 29” under the bust + 5 = 34 band size)

  2. If total is an uneven number, go up one to next even number.

  3. Take a loose measurement over the fullest part of the bust. Compare measurement to bra size.

  4. If measurement is the same as bra size, this indicates AA cup.

1” larger indicates A Cup
2” larger indicates B Cup
3” larger indicates C Cup
4” larger indicates D Cup

Tips for getting the right fit

  • If there are wrinkles in the cup, try a smaller cup size

  • If there is overflow, try a larger cup size

  • Straps should not cut into the shoulders

  • The bra should stay in place as you bend and stretch

  • Always wear your bra on the middle hook
